Elated Light Featured Wedding - Megan and Wes in Columbus, OH

It's like a story you would see on the big screen, the way these two fell in love. Not everyone meets their future spouse while simultaneously traveling around the country together - working for the same airline surely has it's perks! Spontaneous flights to Washington D.C. and weekend in Jamaica were just the beginning for these two love birds (pun intended!), it would only be a short two year blur of love before Wes got down on one knee and asked Megan to be his, forever.

Any man that can surprise his woman AND her best friend on a special vacation together deserves a yes, and Megan agreed with that 100% as she cried tears if joy and accepted his proposal.

As for the wedding day, no one really knows what kind of weather to prepare for in Ohio, especially in October. The apps that we relentlessly were checking kept threatening rain all week, but as luck (or something bigger in the works) would have it, it was the most beautiful overcast fall day we had seen all year. From the amount of hugs, laughter, and tears shared throughout the entire day, it was evident that Megan and Wes are two very special people surrounding by so many genuine souls. Witnessing a wedding like this leaves a mark on all those who experience it, and it definitely has left one on me.

Megan and Wes, thank you, from my whole heart, for allowing me the privilege of being the one to document your last moments as individuals and the very first moments of your beautiful marriage. If love was a bar, yours would be set for all to follow, and it was an honor to see it put there permanently as you said your vows on that textured stone bridge.
